Registration Form for September 2025 to June 2026

We offer programming for 2 days a week or 3 days a week. 

If you would like your duckling to attend 5 days a week you must register for BOTH the 2 day AND 3 day a week programs. 

Another important thing to note about programming;

Alberta Child Care Grant: Puddleducks Preschool is an Alberta licensed facility-based preschool program, so we are able to offer the grant to families. The Child Care Grant of $100 is offered to each child in programming.  We automatically take the $100.00 off of our base fees for Eligible Alberta families.
